Fitness Retreat

The Granary at Fawsley is excited to partner with Fitness by Sara to bring a series of fitness retreats to rural Northamptonshire. A fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, Sara will put you through your paces in The Granary’s peaceful setting.

The Fitness retreats are suitable for all fitness levels and include a varied programme of classes and activities. Please do contact us if you have any questions.

9am – Check in, welcome smoothie and introductions
10am – Aims and Goals Workshop
11am – Cardio training, bootcamp style
12pm – Pilates
1pm – Freshen up, Lunch
2.30pm – Nutrition and Healthy Living Talk
3pm – Countryside Walk
4pm – Protein shake and healthy snacks
5pm – Strength training
6pm – Pilates – stretch class
8pm – Evening Meal
9.30pm – Meditation


7.30am – Fasted Cardio Workout
8.30am – Breakfast
9.30am – Walk
11.30am – Bootcamp
12pm – Pilates/Stretch Class
1pm – Lunch
2pm – Habit Setting Talk
3pm – Check-out


  • Weekend £149 per person (includes accommodation and all meals)
  • Saturday Only £89 per person
  • Extra nights accommodation available from £65 per person.
